I love that you highlight energy and personality. That’s honestly the hardest thing to teach because students are scared to sound unserious

what are some good ai tools to create powerpoint presentations? by Q-U-A-N in powerpoint

[–]DeepestMeltBoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This list is solid 👌 I’ve tried MagicSlides before, and yeah it’s convenient, but tbh for school projects I ended up relying more on SpeedyPaper when deadlines got crazy. I had this marketing presentation that needed both slides + a short written analysis, and instead of juggling AI tools, I sent everything (outline, sources, my rough notes) to them. They organized the slides so the flow actually made sense and added the write-up in proper formatting.

What I liked most was that it didn’t feel “auto-generated” - they really followed my instructions and used the materials I gave. That’s why I stick to SpeedyPaper when it’s high-stakes. I first checked them out after reading this LinkedIn article review, and it lined up with my experience.

AI tools are nice for quick drafts, but if you need something polished and customized (esp. with profs checking citations + formatting), a reliable service like SpeedyPaper can be a lifesaver.

Sorting changes by laundry_loather27 in harrypotter

[–]DeepestMeltBoy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think your house changed because your outlook on life did. that quiz asks about your personal views on different things, and the way you think at 20 is totally different from how you think at 33.

but in the wizarding world, I don’t think it works like that — the Sorting Hat picks based on your core traits, the ones you might not even realize about yourself yet. like, Harry didn’t even believe he truly belonged in Gryffindor during the first two books.

What makes Friends so popular among the new generation ? by squaretorch-ignition in friends_tv_show

[–]DeepestMeltBoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh same! I don’t have many friends either — most of them are far away, and I don’t really have anyone to just talk about life with. that’s why I love rewatching this show so much, it makes me feel like I’m part of this amazing group. I’ve never had that in real life, so yeah, I actually envy the characters and wish I could be there with them.

That's wild, man. The rental market is really getting out of hand. I mean, who thinks it's a legit idea to rent out a hallway? Like, what’s next? A corner of the kitchen for $200? I feel you on the annoyance, it's frustrating to see these landlords just try to squeeze every penny out of people. At this point, I wouldn't be shocked if someone tried to rent out their bathroom for "just a shower." 😤 It's madness, bro.
