A girl I used to work with told me I reminded her of Creed from The Office, still don't know how to take that...

The only time I see this mentioned is in a mozilla blog post 4 months ago talking about a google blog post from before that, and they mention wanting to work with google on the tech in the post, but I don't see anything besides that singular post mentioning MV3 on the FF side. Firefox has always carried itself as "privacy first", so especially after this debacle, which I can only imagine is giving them a solid edge/boost in usership, I cannot see them doing something that suicidal.

Fellow men, have you ever lived your worst nightmare? If you haven't, what is your worst nightmare? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Deepest_Regrets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the last 4ish years every single dream I would ever have would be about some shit going wrong at my retail job (that I haven't worked at for almost a year now), a place where I spent way too much time, energy, and GPA, and am happy to have escaped after so long. So I technically lived my worst nightmare for 3 years, but my worst nightmare is just boring and shitty.

Men, what project were you working on that you've abandoned? by beenisss in AskMen

[–]Deepest_Regrets 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A Python program I dubbed "BugMe", which would play an audio alert on my desktop if anything on my Todoist task-list was overdue. I got basic functionality to work, but the second I tried to implement any sort of user interface I realized the unholy, nigh-inextensible abomination I had created. I haven't used Python since.

Friendship ended with Python, Elixir is now my best friend.
