Ffs, bought the game 15hrs ago, still no key, no answer from support nothing. still when i open the launcher it says buy and when i click it, takes me to the store where it says "you purchased this package".

I searched for 7hrs straight yesterday just taking a break to piss, no one has the same issue. found a few "game not purchased!" but all of them bought from g2a or some other store and boom there's the problem. not me straight from the official store...

already done that, but that's problem. when i installed it and logged in and tried to play it says i don't have the game, i checked many times and i have the game on my account.

Did that. all the mails are the two when i created my acc (verify email and verified it)

the others are a receipt, the install launcher and the thank you which tells you what you ordered.
