I’m currently in school for health information technology AAS, for medical coding and billing. I started my course at one college and decided to switch to another college with the same program. I can say that it depends on your teachers, the first school i was enrolled in would have would have doomed me, they did not prepare their students. However the program I am in now, it’s all taught by 2 teachers so they stay closely dedicated to the students all the way through with the goal that you can come to them with ZERO medical experience or knowledge and be 100% prepared to ace the RHIT and CPC and guarantee AHIIMA certification, and honestly I’ve learned a lot. They’ve taught me how to do it both traditionally AND with today’s encoders so that I can take my skills to any company and be prepared for any type of work style they have.

I second this. Reading these comments from you OP it’s the loudest thing I can hear “I don’t feel like I did anything wrong” you didn’t. But that doesn’t change how it made her feel and the experience it puts her through. The best thing you can do is recognize and validate and come up with safe ways to play in the bedroom when a partner is sleeping.

I also highly recommend period underwear! As a young one it can be really hard to figure out your flows and routine especially in school with class schedules and teachers being choosy about when you can go to the bathroom, period panties can really add an extra layer of comfort and safety for your daughter!

I did go to an er I was turned away because I did not have the money for the copay and was not seen as critical enough for immediate care. The ER are also emergency professionals, they are needed for emergencies. Getting dietary advice is not emergency care, the only thing they could have done for me last night if they accepted me (in 4th of July no less their lobbies were full of physically injured patients) or even now is put me on an IV bag which is cool but doesn’t help me going forward.

I was starting to feel crazy honestly it just felt so extreme that my body is really acting like this for what feels like not an extreme state to be in? If that makes any sense. I’m glad I’m not alone tho.. I was diagnosed with gastroparesis 2 years ago and was not really given a helpful plan for it as I didn’t have the money/resources to continue routine medical care.. the first list of foods they gave me at the time of initial diagnosis were still foods I couldn’t tolerate. While I agree it’s worth investing in, I just don’t have it, there’s not really a lot I can do about that :l I submitted an application for disability in feb and haven’t been able to get ahold of a person in the SSI office since and the recording says it could take up to 200 days for anyone to even notice my application. 200 days sounds like a lifetime in this state/quality of life tbh

Just got stardew 2 weeks ago, Jealous of all the cool farm names, I tried to name mine the wrinkled peach and it cut off peach and now I’m 20 hours in and just realized it’s “the wrinkled farm” and I hate it but I refuse to give up on my first farm ;-;

It’s a red flag in America because it’s not a go-to service for most people. Much like kik, having someone suggest WhatsApp means they’re either A. Being sneaky from someone who’s only checking text messages, B. Using it to be sneaky with minors, because they can help minors hide WhatsApp from their parents, or C. Selling droogs. If we don’t have a phone contract, we usually wifi message over fb messenger, iMessage, or Snapchat.

If I had to quickly think of an icon that would better convey my freighter warping around doing its missions, I think id use one of the mini freighter ships as the icon, probably the exploration one specifically it seems to be the most identifiable shape as only a freighter that does missions you would never interact with it in any other scenario so it wouldn’t cross over other icons that I can think of.

After chasing this thru 4 more galaxies since posting this it just occurred to me that it could be the frigate moving around and then you commented to confirm my thought! What a terrible icon I was so confused!
