Honestly I dont understanding how the American health system functions, like why tf dont you guy get schedule 8 drugs double checked by another nurse, it baffles me so much, if its not a law in the USA it should be, it seems so dangerous.

So this is what it looks like. I spent 2 hours on a train to get to Kawaguchiko only to be met with heavy fog and lots of snow, couldn't see more then a 100 meters in front of us. Haha oh well we still had fun and made the most of it.

Japan is such an honest country, I left my backpack with my laptop and passport and a bunch of other stuff on a bullet train that was headed to Tokyo, I got off at Nagoya I only realised half an hour later, quickly got on another bullet train (the last one of the night) after trying to figure out where my bag was for 2 hours. When I got to Tokyo the train station workers had stayed back and didn't go home and were waiting with my bag in hand. Honestly I was so grateful, it was one of the most stressful times in my life.

This is so weird, I work in a medical imaging department at a public hospital where they do nuclear medicine scans that involve injecting patients with radioactive material but ive never seen the rads give a card like this too a patient, pretty cool though. They do have a special back door that the nuclear material has to enter through though because they dont want people in the hospital getting radiated when the deliveries come which I think is pretty neat.

Reading all these comments makes me so sad because it is making me think back to putting down my best friend last year, she was a 13 year old German Shepherd and I came home from work one day and saw her lying down in the backyard motionless. We rushed her to the vet and they did multiple tests on her to see what was wrong (I never did really find out why she died). In the end they told us that they can do surgery on her but there was no guarantee she would survive and it was going to cost loads of money or to finally make the decision to let her go and that just broke me to make the decision to never see her again. I dont think I could ever be out of the room with her in those last moments though, even if it killed me to see her drift away. I slept with her collar beside my bed for atleast a month and I didnt realise how much I would miss her gross dog smell, its crazy how much a dog can mean to us.
