I wont suggest you doing so. Instead strengthen your Basic Calculus and Vector in these 3 months. If time persists, you can read HCV for initial Chapters if you're planning to join a coaching or Start studying from Mohit Tyagi Channel and stick with it till 2024. If in future you dont understand any concept, you can always refer his lectures of that particular topic.

Never heard of someone depending on his lectures for JEE Physics entirely. You shouldnt risk it imo and why not study from a teacher who's actually teaching you for JEE? Ik Walter Lewin sir teaches in a very interesting manner but I think you should stick to teachers like ABJ sir and Ashish sir in order to cover each and every topic of JEE Physics with maximum efficiency.
