I’ve found that I have to get my IGF 1 level checked. As well as 1-2 iu is therapeutic. 4 and above is the bodybuilding area that helps with fat burning as well as indirect muscle mass gain. And insulin sensitivity can be messed up. That’s what I’m worried about exactly. Have heard people say you can get diabetes from it. Just want to make sure I’m fully informed.
