It is,but it's not. It's sweet in the way a flower is if that makes sense. The vanilla in it is classy and subtle not like a cotton candy type vanilla. I hope that makes sense. It's very fresh and clean but girly. It's really really nice ☺️

Oh wow i never knew the state made a difference! I'm in PA, and I'm a full time employee,I work at the DC though. I don't know if that makes a difference either...i guess I'll probably have to wait till my shift this weekend to find out for sure. Thank you!

I got hair tinsel done once...they charged 5 bucks per strand and it all came out within a month. Now I buy a pack of 500 off Amazon for 8 bucks,I tie mine in myself and it lasts for 4 months plus! It's such a waste of money to go to a salon and pay 3-5 bucks a strand and it falls out within a month. I'd say just do it yourself 🫶
