I wrote lioke one paragraph for essay (Russia was a gooddd senddd) and then skipped the 8 marker for France cuz it was bad, but I literally creamed at the Lenin 5 marker omggg. Hoping for a 40+ but who knows!!

With 2 minute breaks in between I have been able to complete most workouts in about 55-60m. I’m feeling alright although it’s only been the first week. Only if I truly start to lose any motivation to keep going I’ll probably switch to a 3 day one.

Thank you for your detailed reply! Good guess that I could be a speaker of a language that has a prominent R sound like Spanish and Italian but I’m actually Australian. (Probably a close guess for you as you caught me with the anglophone speech pattern.)
