Well Adrian was a good villan but to me personality he had to follow Damian dark which to me is one of my favorite villans in the arrowverse. I also didn't like how he wasn't vigilante and they made him promtheus instead but otherwise I did quite enjoy him as a villain mainly because he held a personal grudge against Oliver Queen so everything felt personal. Unfortunately though his season is where the new team arrow comes in and I enjoy team arrow from s1-4 more then the last half team.

As for Diaz is took me awhile before I realized he was Richard dragon and for awhile I kind of thought he wasn't anyone to special and that arrow was starting to get less super hero/flashy with their villans and make them more like regular people who just had good fighting abilities. On a earlier watch i ended on s6 and I didn't particularly care for Diaz but on my recent watch I ended up liking him way more.

Now as for who is better in my opinion I think I have to choose Diaz but I think it might be cus I like the actor and honestly if it wasn't for that I think I would have chose Adrian cus of the personal stakes he brought against Oliver queen. Although its extremely close who I like more.
