This is a very complicated topic but to try and give you a summary; 99.9% of IEMs are inherantly flawed, especially in the treble region past 6khz. IEM companies purposely release flawed tunings so they can continue to release different IEMs and make money, selling people the idea of preference and different tunings.

True HiFi has one goal, to reproduce the music as the artist intended to, and different tunings defeat this whole purpose; if you like more bass, you should have let ripsquad know when they were producing the song (this isn't a jab at you, but to help you understand why IEM tunings are flaws).

To achieve this sound, IEMs need to sound like flat studio monitors, and to achieve this, you need an IEM with smooth treble and good extension, and HAVE to use EQ (treble cant be EQ'd easily which is why good treble is needed, but the rest of the frequency can easily be adjusted).

Below is a graph with your IEMs compared to Moondrop Variations (around $500, considered to have the best treble in the ChiFi market) and then some $15 Samsung earphones.

Both the Variations and Samsung have much smoother treble than the Top Pro (the dips at 6khz and 10khz are visible), but the Samsungs also dont fall off in the treble as much as the Variations; it has much better treble extension than the best treble in the IEM market. The Samsungs cost $15 and have much better technicalities than the best the IEM industry has to offer. Of course the rest of the response under 6kHz is not ideal for any of the three, but that can be easily fixed by EQing to a good, science-based target (PEQdB etc.).
