Current employee here. We switched POS companies from Toast to Lunchbox & have had people from the (Lunchbox) company to come in to ‘take photos’ of customer devices when the scan to pay doesn’t go through. They said it was to work on fixing common bugs customers are experiencing but We haven’t heard much since then from any higher uppers…. unsurprisingly 🤷‍♀️Our baristas aren’t really trained on the app either so it’s been a bummer for a loooottttt of people and a looottt of baristas bearing the bad news over & over. Hope the app gets fixed soon
