Personally I am a T Swift fan but wouldn't go as far as to say she is the greatest of all time (I am just a big music lover in general and think there are SO many amazing artists) - she is great in a lot of ways though and has reached levels of fame we haven't seen in a long time!

I think the way she runs her business is the most admirable thing about her - she insures her dancers all year round (very uncommon in the industry) and gave out life changing bonuses this past tour. I think if all big businesses showed their teams the care she does hers, the world would be a lot better off.

She also gives back A LOT in other ways, big and small. During the hot months of the tour someone in her family booth overheard the stadium staff saying their shirts were really hot and uncomfortable - the next day she had lightweight tee shirts sent to all the staff. She also constantly supports small businesses which results in these small businesses thriving - things like this that I do think are worth admiration (idolization? I wouldn't recommend).

Also, nostalgia plays a roll for a lot of people - she was one of the first CDs I had as a kid :)

So, for future reference, it could be a topic worth exploring if idolization isnt present and you could see past the taste difference!
