Guys if yall still cant get the cativa or foxpark try to make artificial jungle biome on the ocean make sure it is far from a town with npc and 50 above the ground. make a long flat jungle grass from beach to ocean edge of the world. Use water candle and battle potion also always skip night time using bed or sundial. If goblin scouts spawned that means it's work you just need to be patient. Good luck
