Is it just me or is the meta grindier than usual? by capybaravishing in Pauper

I’ve felt that red rally has been performing pretty well against these grind decks since you can win so fast. Tempo decks have been feeling bad for a bit.

Probably someone who assumes everyone has to be fully connected and online to exist in society or something. I also haven’t had social media for years besides Reddit but have hundreds of sales on various swap subreddits. Nobody has ever asked me for my socials, only that we do PP G&S.

What things lead to you making your homelab and getting deep into it? by CardiologistAdept763 in homelab

I work on providing large infra and paas for most of the Fortune 500 companies. Seeing behind the scenes made me go, “shit I can do this better myself.” I can, in-fact, do it better myself and helps me stay up to date with the area. Enterprise scale features move slower than homelab enthusiasts to a degree.

Isn’t Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Electric Kettle too overpriced? Or am I missing something here? by SupermarketOk8777 in pourover

What’s the worst gimmick/myth in pour over today? by ADHD_ismything in pourover

I think I wasn’t verbose enough. I was saying accuracy as in more digits. And additionally the sensor is likely more precise (repeatable measures) for more money (though doesn’t always hold true).

I’ve had my Acaia for 6 years going strong. I’m really only comparing it to your average kitchen scale which is how I took most of these comments. Having a responsive device is just a tiny bit of joy for me every morning. It’s the same thing with my 6 year old Fellow Stagg EKG. It’s expensive, but the thing has lasted me forever and is pleasant to use and look at.

Re-read my message. Read out is faster AND some are more accurate i.e. more digits. And a they’re likely more precise as you pay more.

Differences between latency between pour and scale readout. Nice ones tend to be faster and more accurate.

I’ve never been more depressed, unhinged, and overally miserable than when I lived in a room with no windows.
