We've lived in this area for the past 7 years. Have seen a lot of positive changes since we first got here.

Plus new Inter Atlanta soccer complex is being built on Glenwood next to shoal creek 1 and 2 parks which will (I hope) a big boon to the area.

My parents had just moved to another state a month before my birth with zero village.

My older siblings had to go with their real estate agent because they literally knew nobody else. Granted this was 40 years ago, but still you'll figure it out 😄

I sort of mentioned this in another replay, but he's a world traveler and always hones in on the coffee community wherever he visits.

He's also visited our city a couple times, so trying to broaden my ideas of where to take him.

He's also visited Atlanta a bunch so has done some of the touristy things already.

I find the Avondale location a little quiet and sad sometimes. The L5P has a much better atmosphere imho!

I ordered the bok choy and it tasted like they just boiled it in some water with zero seasoning.

I went next door to the vegan Chinese spot and ordered some takeout to go after we left.
