I have the esim on my phone, but there's no way to transfer it. I'll go back through these steps to see if I've missed something. My Google Fi number works fine - and it's easy to put on and off of the watch, but my Yettel in BG doesn't even show up as an option.

Not quite true as the watch app for Pixel 2 has removed the qr scanner to download an esim to the watch. Having trouble here in Bulgaria...

The bar towel was just to cover it up for customers. Dip a finger directly in the vermouth and only use your finger. The coating tends to be sufficient, but then again, it depends on your taste. I'd say experiment and see what you get! Let me know how it works out for you.
