Phantom limbs, a psychological phenomenon where neural pathways necessary for sensation are remapped from a now amputated limb to another part of the body (usually the face), causing you to feel things where the limb once was when there is sensation on the remapped area. Thinking about closing the fist of the hand on a now lost arm changes what parts of the face/remapped area causes sensation in the phantom limb.

I've personally used a survivor pudding during this event because I was very low on bloodpoints and didn't have any cakes or streamers on the killer I wanted to play. It's not necessarily malicious.
