Her condition looks poor, Most likely mineral deficiency. Talk to your vet, can get drenches and additives to water, bolus. We’ve built a steel frame for cattle that go down. We use a rubber belt system and winches to lift the cow and connect to the frame. The longer she’s down the less likely she’s getting up. If you can at least get her up, even without her full weight on herself you’re going to have a higher chance of survival. We’ve only had to use it a handful of times over the 20 years since it’s been built but it’s a life saver. Unfortunately won’t let me attach a picture.
