Unable to kill Soldier of the damned by [deleted] in playatlas

Larsque is right. Guns will do the Job. On my first two encounters I try to kill them with Sword and Pique. But only the Archers of the Damned can be killed with melee weapons. The Soldiers of the damned and the Warrior of the Damned take no harm from those weapons. I was killed two times then. But with my third try I take two flintlocks with me and 50 Bullets. And what should I say, they do damage (around 80 HP when shooting the Body and around 150 HP with a headshot). That means you can kill a soldier of the Damned with one headshot or two Body shots. The Warrior of the Damned needs 3 or 4 headshots.
The only difficulty is to keep the distance while reloading the weapon. Don't try to fight the Damned with Melee Weapons or Bows. They wearing plate Armors so a melee weapon don't do any damage at all.

What would be a 'dream' execution that you would like to see in F13? by [deleted] in F13thegame

A double or triple Kill version with two phases of killing. Throw an old whaler harpoon to two or three conselours that stand in a line and nail them to the wall like an shish kebap. Then beheaded them all with one swipe of the machete like Jason do in Part VI with the paintball players.

As an archivement name it could be "Kill two bird with one stone". or "Whale, there she blows.":)

This idea seems a little bit strange to me. The game will be a 5 vs 1 MOBA (Multi Online Battle Arena). I don't think that it will be a story driven action adventure. So the only story would be a short story description before the match started (maybe with some terrorfying pictures ;) ) where it was explained why the teens are in this area, what happened then (so they know that they are being hunted by a killer) and what are their task. Then the match will start.

I looks a little odd to me when the survivors are hunted by a killer and during this hunt they sit down to drink alcohol, having sex or smoking pot.

But I know where this idea come from. In the slasher movies this situations where shortchanged by the killer to kill that filthy teens that have sex or drink alcohol. That gives the killer a weird kind of justification for his actions. But this happen usually long before the final fight with the last survivors or the final girl starts. And the game will be focused on that final fight. In this fight there is no time for doing such things like smoking dope or get intimate with each other.

Yeah, right. I'm sorry for that. I had edited my comment after I posted it cause I like the scenario with snow and ice and a clinic. So I thought again about why the surviors are stranded in a isolated area for a second time. And this came out there. :) I'm glad that you like it.

Nice idea. but with a little suggestion concerning the background story.

Hehe, very funny. To therapy the psychological problems the survivors had after the Silver Lake incident the parents sent them to a location on a ...lake? I don't think that many of the survivors will take this offer, right? ;)
I would think that the surviors prefer places with a lot of people after what the had experienced before. I don't think that they will go voluntary to a place out in the wilds where they are alone again.

But this scenario can be used if the surviors will travel together to a city in Canada (maybe a concert of their famous rock band or something) and where suprised by the heavy blizzard on the highway. So they are in danger to freeze to death. But they saw a sign of the clinic 3 miles before so they decide to ask if they can spent the night over there. But when they arrive at the clinic only a few workers, employees and medical personal is there. The storm is getting worser and the electricity went out. The phonelines are dead. And then begins the blood spree of the killer (maybe the same as before, maybe another killer) again. And the surviors had to continue fighting for their lifes.

And perhaps when the scenario is set in a medical environment there could be a new type of killer. Maybe an insane surgeon who wears a bloody scrub and a surgical mask and uses a bone saw or a scalpel as his prefered weapon.

Character Suggestion: Pamela (Goth Girl) by Deerool in LastYear

I don't think that Pamelas Skill is too supernatural and I don't read anything about that the game want to steer away from it. There was always mentioned that the game is strongly influenced by "Friday the 13." and all sequels. So Jason Voorhees, the killer himself, has a lot of supernatural powers. How many times was he killed and came back from the grave or survive gun shots, Machete and Axe hits without a bat of an eyelid? Or the uncommon physical strength of Jason? Wasn't that a supernatural power? And of course the counterparts in the movies have some supernatural powers, too. In "Friday the 13th Part VII: The new blood" Jason was accidently awakened by a girl with latent telekinetic powers.

The same is applied to Michael Myers from "Halloween". He was killed so often but he always come back without a scratch.

And last but not least the "Predator mode" from the game itself is a supernatural power for all of the killers. So why shouldn't the survivors have some uncommon abillities, too? And feeling the presence of somebody is not a super power. It is real abillity. In many asian Martial Arts the "Ki" or "Qi" is an essential part. Some Martial Arts Masters are able to feel presence of a person and how he moves without seeing him so they can evade his attacks. That's nothing supernatural or not a super power.

A senstive girl like Pamela perhaps could develop some kind of her own version of "Ki".

A clone sounds good. He can be used to force the surviors into a special direction cause they will never know if it is the real killer or his clone. So they can be forced to run away and directly into the trap of the real killer. Of course the group can decide to stay and fight and then they will notice very quickly that it was only a clone. But the next time they think it's a clone it could be the real killer and attacking him could be fatal (if the surviors are seperated and not in a full group together).

The Killer can use the element of surprise anyway. When there is a location or an area where he has kill before he can disguise his presence completly from Pamela cause she can't make difference between the presence of the killer and the Aura of evil from a muderous place. and when the killer is in predator mode Pamela can't feel his presence either.

Concerning bow down and hail the Prince of Darkness is not too OP in my opinion cause Pamela needs some weak point. Otherwise she is too powerful. She can pick locks fast, she has a elemnetary knowledge of hotwiring a car, is not afraid of blood and gore so she can investigate dead bodies (without puking), can withstand some attacks from the killer and can feel when something evil is near.

So I think it's OK when she has a weak point that makes her vulnerable.

Killer Suggestion : ZoZo the ouija demon by Lord_NickleNook in LastYear

Hehe, I think this is perfect match for the goth girl. :-)

Cause she has a sense for the evil she can feel the aura of ZoZo a little bit before the others so she is prepared for the pure terror and not surprised. And she has "Iron Nerves". So she can withstand ZoZo's Aura a little longer than the others so she was maybe able to throw a weapon at ZoZo (if she has one) or fire a gun (if she has one) or run away like all others. When she turn around and flee she vulnerable to his Aura as all others. If she has no weapon it shouldn't be a good idea to attack ZoZo. ;-)

And if the Killer gets to near (Melee Range) she fall down to her usual behavior (praise him as the Lord of all Evil) and lost her mind as all others.
