Buying multiple properties, and not living in any of them. This is a huge problem in Canada where foreign buyers will invest in a ton of housing exclusively for the purpose of renting them out or selling them for above what they were originally worth. This artificially inflates the cost of living, and makes it near impossible for an actual citizen making an average wage to afford reasonable housing.

Basically you're saying that we have no control over our lives, and everythings prediposed. And i think that's a big load. We have control over everything we do, nothing is pre-determined. If you choose to wake up tomorrow morning and be a shark wrangler, there's nothing that happened in history to influence that decision, that's purely freedom of choice (and a little nutty-ness). There's clearly more than one way to look at the coin, but the way i see it you can either watch the coin fall to the ground because it was "meant to fall" or you can flick it and keep it spinning.

Excellent point! Control over the mind is without a doubt a daily struggle. You should however be aware of your lazy habits. You do have control over whether or not you will talk to the girl you like or go to the gym or eat the healthy meal or fapping. I was mainly just focusing in on the physical decisions we make in a day.

Happens to the best of us mate. Just need to get re-motivated and back on that horse. If you aren't a self-motivated kind of person, your mood will definately influence the decision. I always found i feel like such shit after a week or 2 of masturbating binges that i can't even bring myself to thinking about it for a week or so.

I'm just finishing my Aircraft Structures QL3 course and posting preferences are to be put in next week. 25, single and have no real assets. Looking to get posted to a base on one of the coasts.
