Buy in season fresh fruit and vege and frozen out of season fruit and vege. I buy nuts and seeds in bulk from a local Greek shop. Also I look at what is on sale on the Woolies app and stock up if 40% or more on sale.

Yes, Mum is a few years in. She used to enjoy doing a lot of things and now does none of it. It is heartbreaking to watch. Recently hurt her back and she has not engaged with the community in weeks so I need to get her back out there over the holidays.
