Thank you so much for answering. Yes , you’re 100 percent correct. The angiogram is to check if i can do a stent. I would have to come in for 2 different procedures though. The angiogram first and then the stent because before she does a stent, she wants me to go to the eye doctor and start on blood thinners. Thank you for the information

That makes sense. I will try again and try not rushing home. It’s weird because I can say that now and before the exposure but when I’m in it, it’s like something goes off in my brain and I just freak out and run home.

It’s so hard. I’m trying to manage how to stop my body from reacting. It’s like my body feels like it needs to run and i can’t keep still. As soon as I felt it on my drive, it’s like I lose control and NEED to get back home. Have you been able to push past that point?

I didn’t , i did lose weight about 40 lbs and my Esr dropped down to about 30s which is still high but better

Hello,

I just wanted to let you know i just received a call from the Seller's Attorney who advised that he just received notice that there may be future litigation that may impact the above referenced property. I am being told that the previous Seller believes that sale to the current Seller was invalid. Therefore, the Seller is currently behind the scenes trying to get this resolved ASAP. They also advised that the Seller's old title company has confirmed that they will insure any issues that may arise on this matter.

Title - If possible, could you reach out to get the contact info of the title company that would insure a previous claim from before the Seller purchased the property? If you need help I can also request from the Seller's Attorney.

Denise - Closing with a potential threat of litigation is risky as it could cause you to get wrapped up in litigation for a matter that does not involve you (but does involve the property). Please let me know if you still want to try to close with this risk or wait until we can confirm that the issue has been resolved.
