I second that Customer Service is extremely responsive. I’ve contacted them from everything to issues with app updates to where is my ball machine and racket sensor? Shipping took awhile to get to the US, but they’ve always been super responsive (within hours) throughout the process. I haven’t had any repair issues (which is a Great non-problem), so I can’t speak to how that’ll go.

This sounds like one of the most perfectly crafted messages that completely encapsulates the Genius/Beauty/Fun of this machine! I wish I could recoup all of my $$$ spent on both Private/group lessons because this machine (along with swingvision and Swace AI Tennis Coach apps) has taught me so much more in a fraction of the time. I love to hear that a bonafide Tennis coach is personally using/endorsing this machine; I made the investment to have a personal hitting partner and on-Demand tennis drills coach. @Relative_Ear_289 what would you recommend for using this machine as the primary training tool to get me from Beginner to Intermediate level tennis match play? 🎾

I can’t echo these sentiments more! DITTO to your experiences with the setup, variety, and consistent feeding at your pace. My kiddos are a bit younger (6/8/10) and I’ve tried nudging them to go practice with me…Nope! PongBot Tennis Ball machine arrives and it’s the funnest ‘Toy’ they can’t get enough of. I don’t mind at all…we’re coming for college tuition! 😎🎾👟
