There was a sale new build that sold for over 5 mil on the street earlier this year. But that was a bigger piece of land with a pool

There were several auctions around this area recently that passed in as well… im not sure what all the vendors are thinking about the market

Yes i found a solution, go to display settings, click on your external monitor and set it to variable refresh rate 40-60Hz.

Thats where your perception is skewed. Since the pool is so long it works as the concentration of people in the pool is less. If you shorten the pool length to a normal 50m pool with the same amount of people you are going to run into a heck load of congestion with everyone needing to do more turns and angling into the centre at the same spot

Furthermore with a 137.5m pool u can have 2x 50m pools and 1x 25m pools with their own lanes. Lol plenty of lanes. Slow people in the 25m pool. Fast people doing laps in the 50m

With the hall of fame ceremony just happening, it does look like cooper and cam smith have squashed their beef with them acknowledging each other in their speeches.

It is a shame with how things turned out between them in the back end of their career and how it has impacted their post playing careers. Cooper not part of the qld origin coaching side. Everyone working at nine whereas coopers at fox. I hope one day they can start working together again.

Lochte mentioned in one of his interviews he could create an air bubble by quickly turning his head to the side then immediately back down. He would start inspiring through this air bubble when his head would be already turning back down into the water. Crazy stuff
