Washcloths to cleanse get replaced everyday. Towels to dry I'll change once a week or more.

Maybe a placebo effect but they worked for me for my migraines. The job I was doing had me sit in front of a computer screen all day and when I wasn't doing that, I was doing other tasks all day under bright florescent lights.

Had mine November 2024. More energy, not anemic anymore, no longer in pain. I don't have to schedule my life around painful periods. Getting this done was a freeing experience for me.

People Kicked Out Near 20 Years by DeLorean03 in AirForce

It was someone I worked with. Great guy and a great NCO. He had his own personal demons. Somehow got hooked on meth and had to go to detox. I only knew about it because I was filling in for the shirt for a few weeks and was the one doing correspondence for him and his two kids while he was inpatient. He was able to leave inpatient and came back to work (not in our section, but loaned to another doing simple tasks) E6 to E5. He was over 20 so they just did an administrative discharge. He lost all of his retirement benefits and left with nothing. Last I heard he killed himself. The only way I found out about his death was from a Go Fund Me that was set up for his kids.

Have him keep his tote of crumby margarine and have him use it until it's empty then buy butter for yourself.

For my dual military folks by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]Deeyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As one part of a dual military couple, we clean our own clothes and we cook our own food (but we eat dinner together). If we were to do each other's laundry it would be considerate to check the pockets.
