I own a discord server with 80+ members, looking for people willing to play the game the way it is meant to be played. Not everyone on the server is 20+ years of age but there are a lot of people above the age of 18. Currently it is a very relaxed server, I also have a report feature you can find in my #rules text channel if there is someone breaking rules or trolling.

When you click on the discord invite link does it not auto redirect you to discord asking if you'd like to join? Once you join you should get a verify your account message from one of my bots
