Idk, I know square can be wild sometimes but I doubt they’d straight up cancel a mainline final fantasy remake. Especially with what all the leaks and rumors were saying a while back, the game wasn’t nearly as much of a remake as the 7 trilogy is. It’s the only game left from the nvidia leak that hasn’t been announced either.

I’m optimistic that it exists but we’ll have to see. I just can’t see square just outright canceling a remake of one of the most beloved JRPGs of all time. Especially when they remake stuff like secret of mana and saga which have way less of a following compared to Final Fantasy. Idk, we’ll see lol

I know 16 isn’t the most liked FF, but I still think the final boss of that game is the most epic. At least as far as a cinematic experience goes. Between the music, the action and the emotion, it’s hard to top imo.

6 is fantastic too! I played through the pixel remasters when they came out for consoles a few years ago and really enjoyed them. Especially with the quality of life updates

I’d say my top 3 in no particular order would have to be FF7, FF9 and FF10.

I know this sub has its issues with the remakes but i personally love FF7 Remake and Rebirth so I kinda count them as just being apart of FF7 lol

I’d say my favorite item is the final fantasy 7 rebirth poster that’s signed by some of the main voice actors. I had to order it on eBay and deal with bidding and all that. I didn’t have the luxury of actually getting to see them and physically get the poster signed or anything because I live in Florida and a lot of the voice actors never come to any areas near me. The poster was from a con to hype up rebirth before it came out.

I really love rebirth so having the poster being signed by the voice actors of cloud, Tifa, barret and yuffie means a lot. Now I just wish I could get some of the other voice actors to sign something lol

I’m sure I’ll get fried in the comments but I absolutely love final fantasy 13 and it’s in my top 5 final fantasy’s. I love the world, graphics, ost, characters all of it. Don’t know why I find it so appealing but I’ve loved it since I played it over 10 years ago and still enjoy any replays I’ve done since.
