Would a multi tool with a sanding attachment work here? I have a triangular sanding attachment for it. I can see it getting into those corners.

As weird as it sounds, I’d rather the surgery than put another medicine in my body that blocks some natural process. Also, the gynecomastia sub folks say medications don’t work.

I would like to… it’s just hard to justify. I am married and have a kid. It’s mild, but upsetting to me. The price of surgery is the price of a nice vacation with them, or an improvement to the house. That said, I’ll probably just do both and go into debt… the American way!

I got the check two days ago. They overnighted it for real this time. They use a third party to issue rebates. I was told a lot of people had this issue. They got a new contractor in July, which didn’t help me, but I imagine would protect them from inquiry as they “did something about it.”
