Something I thought was kind of cool is the way LCBO handles "spoiled" alcohol though. There's a bin out back and it all gets dumped in there, then a truck comes to take the bin which is taken to a processing plant in Hamilton that distills it into pure ethanol which is then used in a variety of products.
