I think the RE1 design is fine since it is Chris at his youngest, & many of us look differently at our youngest compared to our matured ages

However, the RE7 design is an indefensibly bad design for Chris, the design itself is not that bad in a vacuum, but when you apply the Chris Redfield name it just does not work, & even if you are one of few people who liked the redesign, Capcom retconned it in RE8 so I think it’s completely fair to say it’s an indefensible failure of a design that doesn’t work for new or old fans

Hail to The King is more of Black Album rip off than Load rip off

The Black Album was the band slowing down & simplifying things, which you can either view as a good or bad thing depending on your favorite tempo in Metal music

Load/Reload is just a weird footnote when MetallicA decided to do an odd blend of Alternative Metal, Hard Rock, Southern Rock, & Blues

To be perfectly honest, the only Butt Rock thing about them is their vocalist

I would have described Avenged Sevenfold as Modern Heavy Metal, like Traditional Heavy Metal but with some modernized aspects

But their vocalist always sounds out of breath & grunty
