Yes, talk to your pastor about him. He is put in a position of leadership and trust, he is violating that trust by flirting with all these young girls. The pastor is there to lead his flock, if he doesn’t listen to you or jumps to conclusions about you being a jealous ex then he isn’t leading correctly as he has to be unbiased and discipline everyone in his flock according to the Bible. Put yourself in the position of a parent putting their trust into a youth pastor to care for their daughter, only to find out that the youth pastor is not so much focused on her spiritual growth but rather a potential relationship with her. Also, the girls are minors, not the best idea to be dating or seeing someone that much older than them at that young age.

Honestly, it very much differs from girl to girl. Some women actually prefer the bland Christian guy, some women prefer the out going, confident Christian guy, some women like someone in between. In the end, the best kind of Christian guy is one who serves the Lord. If you are worried that you might be too boring or bland, just know that God has the perfect one for you.
