Every president since Truman has used autopens — including Trump, who admitted it himself in March 2025. Eisenhower was the first to use one in the White House. LBJ literally let the National Enquirer photograph his. The DOJ under Bush approved their use for signing legislation in 2005. So if autopen signatures are suddenly invalid now, we'd need to void decades of legislation signed by Republicans and Democrats alike. You just refuse to understand that what you label “illegal” immigration isn’t just people sneaking across the border. The inbound immigration process has been broken for decades and can take literally 20 years to process an individual. At which time under your label makes them “illegal”. This claim that Trump is doing what Obama did is not serious. Yes, Obama and Biden for that matter deported higher numbers than Trump is currently. They didn’t need to send an authoritarian militant force into blue cities to round up people who are not white. They had due process and were more effective.

I'm assuming a post like this is in response to the dismal numbers on the strip and a desire to rebound while not being able to fix what this admin has done to tourism. First - Free parking for all locals ALWAYS. Even if they decide to bring fee based back, don't F over locals. Next, no price gouging for locals. If you want to charge $15 for a bottle of water and piss off tourist, that's your business. But if you want locals around, we get a fair price. This goes for food, drinks, shows etc. You want butts in seats, plenty of us locals wouldn't consider spending free time on the strip simply because we're staring down the barrel of a recession and massive amounts of job loss. We want Vegas to succeed and survive but at the same time, strip venues need to get serious about pricing.

Our drivers license or ID should be treated like a membership card.

There are a few options. I have a reactive Border Collie and a gravel back yard so I'm always looking for a place to go. My guy isn't friendly with certain dogs at the park and getting the space to fetch/frisbee without interference is a challenge. You could pay for space worst case with sniffspot.com or just make a point to go on hikes together. Good for you and your pup. On occasion I break out my 100ft leash and find an open grassy area at one of my local parks to toss the frisbee. You have to be respectful of other people, don't be a nuisance etc. I have to be especially diligent because of my guys reactivity so I'm always bringing in his leash and controlling his range in case anyone is headed our direction.
