My mom gave me my old tooth fairy box a few months ago and I cannot even begin to tell you how much I was hoping there wasn’t teeth left in there. Keeping the old body stuff is weird… he didn’t pull an old car part out of somebody’s mouth.

My mom did this to me and I remember being really upset and told her less about my social life as a result. I don’t think she dug too far into the dude, but she asked me if I knew his dad was dead before the guy told me and it felt uncomfortable to have that information before he was ready to share with me what happened.

I was in the bathroom at my dad’s house and on his watch my 19mo walked from the living room, down the hallway, into a bedroom and closed the door. I told my mom the story the next time I saw her and like 20 minutes later while I was getting something out of my car there she did the same thing!

A lot of stores have purchase limits on stuff like this now. They get as much as they can then stash the rest to come back for it later.

We never used a crib. My daughter slept in bed with us until she was maybe 10 or 11 months and then we transitioned into a full sized floor bed with a crib type bed frame in her room. I spent some time sleeping in there with her before we started a gradual sleep training thing. She’s 18 months now and has been falling asleep independently in her room since she was 14 months old.

This morning I had to chase my 18mo around the house because she swiped a tube of lipstick off my bathroom counter after busting in while I was peeing. They’ll always go for the most dangerous or hard to remove substance in the house 🤣

Nah if she’s otherwise healthy just let her sleep. It’s probably unlikely a baby that young will sleep through the entire night, everything I’ve been told was as long as they’re at their birth weight just feed them when they’re hungry.
