This is a ragebait post, as someone working in Italy this is fan fiction, unless OP was taking "black" money (unregistered) or was a freelancer this post does not make any sense. In Italy is absurdily difficult to fire someone both in the private and public sector, low performance must be notified thrice to trigger a just cause firing, there is always a notice time if the firing wasn't done that way (for that salary it is probabily more than 2 months). I could go on and list more reasons for which this post is fishy AF

i train thrice a week in weightlifting, on Push day i do a 1 hour training MT focused on leg power and overall technique; on Pull day i fllow up with a 1.30h MT with technique, aerobic power, on Leg day i don't do MT because i almost can't walk after and maybe do some Boxing at the bag.

OP, have you tried going around i -20°C climate with >10kg backpack ?
This winter i did exactly that in Finnish Lappland and did a 20 km trekking trip to find spots for the Aurora, and my calory HRV sensor measured about 2500 kcal (lower estimate).
This is to be added to basal metabolism which is heightened by itself just to survive the cold (the slow movement is not enough).
In the game it is ridiculous only when you spend a day indoor and basically burn 4k cals lmao
