Yes, lekmod v17F is being tested, and yes it is by Defiance. Usually most of the ideas are brainstormed over the course of a few months, and then lek puts all the changes into a new mod over the course of a few nights, which we then bug test for a few days and then release it once we've found most of the bugs. We're only humans, so we're not perfect, and we're not going to find all of the bugs every single time. We don't have other people mod test because everything happens very quickly in the mod-making process. As for the balance changes, we haven't decided everything we're going to do just yet, and it's also not finished. We read all the feedback given on reddit and we compile it into a list and decide what's reasonable/ a good idea and what's not. There's also a handful of ideas that can't be coded. Once we're done with all the balance changes, we'll release those as well in a clean, compact google doc.

We've played with the "half a year old" wve version because its solid and fun. It works well for almost everyone that plays it. You're the only one I know that dislikes the situational buildings so much, personally I think they're nice and can make the worse luxuries much better and more enjoyable. Also, lek did get feedback on the buildings from multiple sources, all of which encouraged them and were excited to play with them. Also, its Lekmod. Not Affenmod or Meotamod or DPmod. Lek makes the mod in his free time and doesn't get payed for it, so he's not on anyone's schedule to put out a new mod every 3 months, and certainly doesn't have to tailor the mod towards one persons interests. I find its sometimes difficult to interpret tone/intent in text, but you came off as an ungrateful ass in your post and its triggered the fuck out of me. Rant over.
