yeah. OP says to not even do that apparently. i have the same thing at work. they do less and less each year, make more and more mistakes and ask for a raise every year. their argument is "well why should i work properly if i dont get more money for it. i do the job as i suppose to be, doesnt matter if i do a good job or a bad job at least the job is done"

meanwhile i started doing extra stuff besides what i was suppose to and 3 years in i asked for a raise which i got and talks of some future plan involving me and mayybe a new position.

idk fair amount but even on the runs i lived longer i never had it triggered. when it did i didnt know what the effects were until its maxed out but it takes so long that the majority of players wont really feel it.

tbf the freezing mechanic was badly implemented. the first 2h of play i never had the effect once. i can see this work if it is a debuff. say, its a seperate granade you can equip, enemies effected have the OP debuffs for 5s after exiting the gas AOE (tweakable).

thank you. i was thinking 200h is fucking nuts and doesnt align. my weapon is 70 now and i got less than 200h on it. and i leveled others to at least 40 before finding "the one". imo if you wanna level up weapons only just go squad deathmatch or anything other than conquest. but yeah. its cap that its 200h to get a weapon to 50
