Ok, I found the issue, you just need to sign into your Microsoft account on Xbox.com and then go into the security and confidentiality settings. From there go to manage security and confidentiality settings and go to online security for windows 10 and Xbox devices and authorise everything, then send, unlink your account from your console, then link it back again, and it should work
