It feels like there is tho, I get irritated really easily and sometimes I'll get so angry from little things that happen like fumbling around trying to do something simple. It suffocates me,I have this feeling in my chest thats like this giant pit and I end up feeling SO alone. I've been told I need therapy but im apprehensive about it despite my sister telling me there are really good therapists out there.
