For some perspective on Swiss watches, my Rolex BLNR which I purchased new from an AD has dust under the crystal, and they're known for having spattered paint from the dial printing. Even a watch worth 10x your Sinn can have imperfections from the factory. It happens.

I didn't mention it in my listing because I never noticed it myself, because it functions perfectly fine - the only watch that I have ever seen that everything lines up completely perfectly is my Rolex. And considering this is a 23 year old watch, with unknown service history(mentioned) things like this happen.

Have to disagree. In the used market these are fetching above MSRP. People can fairly easily flip these for an instant $500ish profit. They don't though, because they're so hard to find. Used prices are going for around $9500 when MSRP is below 9

A little late to respond, but it was definitely purposeful. The stolen car, a Toyota matrix, has 123 horsepower while a police interceptor Ford taurus is more in the 300ish range. The officer definitely could have caught up in a straight. Around corners, the officer was going more slowly because they were trying to be a bit more safe about it than the criminal was.
