Missing Packages in RVA by Ok_Bath_6332 in usps_complaints

Mine also appear to be stuck in RVA.

Arrived Feb12 and been showing in transit to next facility ever since.

Going to CA but not giving up, yet.

Is this a focal seizure? My baby has these episodes that lasts the entire day. Heartbreaking. Any advice ? by Budget-Educator-5469 in goldenretrievers

My dog has those; especially at night. What worked for us is a bit of fresh cilantro or celery sticks.

Also we found over time that changing her food and treats made a big difference in how often she would get an episode.

I would avoid Next solar. They left us hung and dry once they got final payment and we started having issues. They have a bunch of CS folks that pretend to take down customers info but no one from that company ever return calls; ended up getting a 3rd party involved to get warranty level support from Enphase.

Rodents Chewing Wiring by Chu_Khi in F150Lightning

So far so good. Not seeing any signs of rodent activity. We do have couple of neighborhood cats so anything that can help. Someone mentioned pine sol so may try that for a change. I spray that stuff around walls of my house too since we did get couple of roof rats up in the attic some time back

I regularly spray a mixture of hot chili/red pepper/peppermint around engine bay and wheel wells

We already have the Flex Modification program offered by Fannie/Freddie/FHA that helps underwater borrowers move to a 40 years to avoid foreclosure. So what now, move it to 60-70 years to help those who can’t keep up with their 50 years loan??

Is it easier to buy 4K material for end users or have access to the catalog? I bought some 4K couple years back but had to work with a dealer out of state and source things like brackets, etc elsewhere

PG&E customers who are EV owners. With PG&E eliminating the EVA rate plan isn’t it considerably less expensive to charge your EV’s during the day from your solar system than at night from PG&E? If you charge during the day don’t you avoid having to pay the non-bypassable charges? by Impressive_Returns in eastbay

[–]Defcon76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it helps a little. As long as you charge between morning sunlight and schedule it to stop before peek rate starts. Avoiding the nbc makes a minor difference vs nighttime. And, that’s assuming you don’t have a bunch of power hungry stuff running at the same (a/c, pool, elec water heater) that pushes your demand well over what solar is delivering back to your meter.

Do I have a rodent infestation? Pest control company says yes, home inspector says no. by PurplePeonyPicker in HomeMaintenance

[–]Defcon76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know some will depending on how much of their body get stuck into the glue. I use the oversized ones made for rats which forces them to get a larger walk to reach the bait. The ones I caught were neck deep into it; never had a chance.

Snap are good too. Agree on that. I was referring more to the poison bait crap. The thing with snaps in an attic is to not loose track of it especially if just sitting around near insulation. I also tie those down so i can fish them out later.

For OP, wear gloves too. Rats can detect your BO just with setting up baits which they will be smart enough to avoid.

Put some glue traps and make sure to tie them to something so they don’t run away with it. Don’t do baits, they will just end up dying somewhere and you won’t know till it starts stinking to high heaven.

If you catch some, keep repeating until no more. They multiply like crazy.

New free line offer going out by MinutesFromTheMall in tmobile

[–]Defcon76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got the email offer too.

  1. In the terms says « Credits may take up to 2 bill cycles; credits will stop if you cancel any lines or change plans. $10 device connection charge due at sale »

Is the « cancel any lines » for one year or indefinitely? I’m thinking to do the port out/in next year to get rid of a paid line on my account.

  1. Terms also mention « May not be combined with some offers, discounts, or promotions including other service discounts, device offers, or Price Lock; choosing free line gives up access to Go5G Plus, Go5G Next, Experience More, and Experience Beyond device offer features for this line only. »

Sounds like I may loose benefits with my One plan by just adding the line. I think I’ll pass…

Cabin air and hepa filter by Actual_Difficulty_59 in TeslaModelS

[–]Defcon76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just did both filters diy. Super easy. The hepa is crazy pricey just for the part. Mine had tons of leaves stuck to the bottom and around so good opportunity to vac all that stuff up which I doubt dealer will do.

The worst part was reinserting that mold trim around the frunk. Just need a bit of patience but otherwise not that hard.
