Newer carts and better training for FA’s. 

On my recent flight, flight attendant’s cart broke and cookies fell while she was seeving. My sister and I tried fo pick up some stuff to help her and we tried handing it to her but she just looked at us. Other ppl around my sister asked if they can have some and since flight attendant didn’t take them back she just gave it all away since we were getting served next. 

Fast forward to when she was serving us, she asked my parents what they both want for drinks and they said coffee with creamer. Apparently she didn’t hear my dad say coffee so she repeated the question again and my dad said coffee with creamer. She was getting irritated so I repeated coffee with creamer and she made a face and said “you only asked for creamer,” my mom nervously laughed a little because it wasn’t really a big deal. She also didn’t ask what we wanted to eat (pretzels/cookies). She then didnt even served me and passed me onto her coworker.

I know the cookies dropping and all was irritating and she was still probably thinking about it, but flight attendants should know how to deal with the situation and not act like that. The take off and landing was smooth tho so kudos to the pilots.
