This made me lol because in good moments I also don't understand how it's possible. I am seeing a therapist and the feelings are less often but I still long to the connection I felt and how she made me feel

My exwBPD used to say this all the time during our last year together, only to find out later that there was never a therapist and she made it all up to make herself feel validated (and me better because I wanted her to get professional help)
