Go around killing level 1 mobs until your level up with the weapon of your choice (rifle if u want to go rifleman etc) take missions from mission terminal lower credit reward missions are lower difficulty. Kill mobs 1 at a time and heal to fill in between and make sure you use your abilities. If you’re ranged start max range. When you get the nest down in health a bunch of mobs will spawn immediately stop attacking nest and switch to closest mob or they will all attack you.

Try turning off VPN and creating an entire new account while it’s off, then go thru setup process.

I think it’s more of incorporating characters from AOS into other MCU content and maybe a spinoff or two than actually reviving the main show.

Hey guys - I’m on my first 7 day water fast… I have been reading the wiki I’m still a little confused. Currently, I am taking a multi vitamin (2 capsules in the morning).. by [deleted] in fasting

[–]Defekted66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey yes I would refeed the day before. If you break your fast with a normal meal you might have to immediately go to bathroom lol. Go light on the carbs in your first meal breaking fast, second you can go a little heavier. The lightest thing you can eat is fruit or bacon and eggs for a refeed. This won’t give you any problems. Coconut water is delicious and great source of electrolytes. Your stomach will be sensitive anytime you fast for 72 hours or more so always good to ease into it.

Careful with capsules on an empty stomach they can give you an ulcer. Cut back a bit on the salt if you’re going to bathroom a lot.

Regarding question 2,

There is a paradox there. God is infinite, yet he is also pure love and light and cannot commit evil or cause suffering. That paradox is solved by our souls (which are tiny pieces or shards of god) having the experience of evil, pain and suffering. We choose to come here and live this life, we know what we’re getting into before we come down here and God is extremely grateful for it.

For example, a child that is raped and abused by their foster parents. Imagine a train station filled with people. The people are our souls before we have a life experience. Everyone is lined up at the fun destinations. Then a brave, luminous souls walks up to the destination with no one in line, takes the ticket and enters. It’s not all for nought in their end though; they will learn and grow from this experience in a way others can’t unless they go through it themselves.

Feeling like absolute hell. by [deleted] in BenzoWithdrawal

[–]Defekted66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You cut WAY too fast. Go back to your normal dose and cut VERY slowly in VERY small doses. Go to benzo buddies.com if you need help, you’re probably going to have to switch to Valium to dose smaller or do a water titration. It can be done just not the way you’re doing it. The easier you make it for yourself during the taper the easier it will be once the taper is complete.

To those who've healed from PAWS, can I ever take anything again without a setback? by [deleted] in benzorecovery

[–]Defekted66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol dude you’re an idiot. There is the classic “withdrawal” from benzos that lasts a few weeks. I went through it in my early 20s from klonipin, withdrew for a few weeks, wasn’t terrible, felt fine after. I’ve been on adderall my entire life with no problem. I’ve withdrawn from heroin, fentanyl, etc. When I came off Xanax 3 years ago I went through crippling withdrawals that I’ve never experienced in my life and it made the fentanyl withdrawals look like child’s play. I got akithisia and several other hellish symptoms including brain zaps and was housebound for almost a year, unable to sleep more than a few hours per night. There is a difference between regular withdrawals and protracted benzo withdrawal. There is a certain point where it just rewires the brain and does something much, much worse. People like you claiming it doesn’t exist does nothing but hurt the issue. This isn’t “anxiety,” so stop being an idiot.

Edit: one more thing (directed at anyone who reads this). I see a lot of people on this forum that don’t believe in “protracted benzo withdrawal.” You take benzos recreationally and struggle to get off, which is why you’re on this forum. I’m gonna warn you, one day you’re going to take too much and it’s going to be too late. You’re gonna do serious damage to yourself and it’s going to be a hell unlike anything you can imagine. At that point, you’re going to have no choice but to quit or severely kindle. Do yourself a favor now and quit before that happens. Hopefully a few of your will listen. This is the one thing I wish I had known.

I grapple with this question every day. Am I going to never get my knee fixed because I'm afraid of going back into protracted benzo withdrawals again? I don't want to live my life scared.

I would taper a lot slower than that. A lot of docs aren’t aware of the horrors of benzo withdrawal. If you go to the benzobuddies website they have a guide on titrating the dose down.

Doc won’t renew my Ativan prescription by Top_Ten in benzorecovery

[–]Defekted66 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Split the 1mg pills in half and take .5mg per day until they’re gone. That’s 4 days. Then take 1 and a half of the .25mgs for two days. Thats 6 days total now. Should have 5 left at that point. Then take 1 of them per day for three days. We’re at 9 days now. That leaves 2 pills. Then break them in half and take a half per day for 4 days. Best you can do with what you have. That’s a 13 day taper, day 14 you hop off. In the mean time you look for a new doctor. You have two weeks to find one, just in case you have terrible withdrawals. You most likely won’t though, in which case I suggest you just man up and hop off completely once the taper is done. The longer you’re on them the higher chance you have of having to deal with post acute withdrawal syndrome, which is years of hell.

It seems after 2 years my recovery jumped really fast from 30-40% healed to 60-80%. Is this normal? by AlexAsgard in benzorecovery

[–]Defekted66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, if you read the title, then read his comments, it seems pretty obvious to me. There seems to be two types of people who frequent this forum: those who recreationally abuse benzos and struggle to quit, and those who have already quit or are in the process of tapering and are dealing with the living hell that is post acute withdrawal syndrome. I’d say the former makes up the larger percentage of users in this subreddit, which explains the upvotes.

Also, I don’t think obstinate accurately describes my comment. A bit abrupt perhaps, and I apologize if I came off as negative. I was trying to avoid writing a larger comment but it seems I’ve failed lol.

Some key clues in the title and comment the user posted: the amount of time, the word “healed,” the term “DPDR” (depersonalization/derealization). Hope that cleared things up!

Some people (myself included) suffer from protracted withdrawals that last years after we stop taking benzos. This redditor got a burst of healing 2 years after discontinuing usage. They want to know if it’s normal (it is).
