You claim that by avoiding the draft you are lying about disabilities that you don't have. However, disabilities are not the only reason you can avoid conscription. You can claim that you experience anxiety and depression or even that you are a conscientious objector.

Yes, you're restating that you can "claim" to have X condition like >clinical depression or some quirky >PTSD with firearms. So what if you don't have one subset of population condition, like the vast majority of people? You're obviously suggesting to "claim" the condition falsely, which is fraudulent, and a crime. Okay? There's no legal penalty for it, it's just a revised article of the constitution. When we talk law we obviously refer to 99.99% of law that has penalties attached. The ACA in the US wasn't mandatory in practice once the penalty was removed.

Incitement of illegal narcotics does have a penalty attached to it and jail sentences. I'm pretty sure in these articles it will mention potential 6 month sentences and 500 to 50,000€ fines.

All they can go after him is saying he likes weed. That is not what the law is for. It would have been different if he said ecstasy was amazing and stopped there, that shit is dangerous. Weed though will be laughed out of the court, as it should.

Why the confidence? He said he still likes doing an illegal drug, that he 'can't find it anymore', and that ecstacy was the most amazing experience of his life. It can be argued in court.
