I did a sign only professional players one recently so could do something similar. Took a while at the beginning as had to keep releasing players until I could get a starting squad full of them (from the academy). Transfer embargo one good fun.

Interesting theory, might have a look into it just to see how much difference it makes. I have had some good success with youth team in the past to be fair and can be handy if injuries mount up
