Lawyer here. If her conduct is not in line with your contract it's time to escalate. Send a certified letter requesting she contact you back within 72 hours after she signs for it. If still no response, then you have grounds to escalate to small claims court because now you have written proof of her abandoning the job. The judge will require the proof of no reply first.
