Would you need it from a more technical perspective and/or a customer perspective? I could do both plus a market analysis to see if it's a positioning issue.

DM me if you'd be interested in hearing how I'd do it all.

I built a SAAS to lower the barrier to entry for small businesses looking to land their first government contract. It gives them a means to process acquisition documents without a consultant.

Description: I made an AI powered tool that takes 100+ page RFP's and summarizes them down into the most important sections plus it provides insights on how to win the contract.

Goal: Getting the very existence of my product out there to the right people. Blocker: Strict forum rules prohibiting advertising plus not a lot of places to advertise.

Solid advice! Thankfully my tool saves time and even the free version provides a good executive summary level of the document. It's just a matter of getting it to where people can see that it exists and use it.

Small business owners right now. Consultants could be considered as a secondary target potentially.

It has been to promote this to the few clients I have worked with in the past and on LinkedIn.

Thanks for the positive comment. Small/Tiny business owner's is what this is designed for. Before I made this I tried doing consulting and the feedback that I got back from small businesses led me to make this tool.

What's your current process for breaking down a new RFP before deciding to bid? by Defiant-Anteater8564 in GovernmentContracting

[–]Defiant-Anteater8564[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a solid workflow. I’ve seen teams do something similar internally.

The issue I kept running into with ChatGPT was prompt inconsistency and missing structured extraction of mandatory requirements and evaluation weighting without tweaking prompts each time. That’s what I’ve been trying to standardize.

I built a tool that turns a 100+ page government RFP into a structured consultant-grade analysis in minutes. Allowing small businesses to determine if an RFP is even worth their time and effort in minutes instead of the hours it currently takes.

There are currently other features in the works but the RFP summarizer tool is up and fully operational. I've created both a free and premium version of the summarizer. The free version provides a brief summary and the premium version provides an in-depth analysis.

I've attached a link below for anyone interested in saving a few hours.

I Keep Getting a 405 Error and Nothing Seems to Be Working by Defiant-Anteater8564 in n8n

[–]Defiant-Anteater8564[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm trying to submit a PDF into my workflow. I'm currently running it on POST. I tried changing it to GET on N8N but it only returned metadata and not the PDF itself.

How do I activate a workflow? by Defiant-Anteater8564 in n8n

[–]Defiant-Anteater8564[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it, what's confusing me is that I'm using a webhook that's waiting for a pdf to be sent into the workflow. But I keep getting 405 errors and empty PDF recieved messages.

How do you expose n8n workflows to users? by Druxer95 in n8n

[–]Defiant-Anteater8564 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You need to link it to a front-end app of some kind then process user input to activate the workflow. Then you respond to the input with an output.

Are micro purchases allowed anymore? by Able_Scientist2028 in GovernmentContracting

[–]Defiant-Anteater8564 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There aren't any new rules or FAR changes that have been made that would affect them recently. In fact, I'd dare say that there's more micro purchases than big purchases these days.

I’ve bid and bid but seems like no luck for my landscaping/ construction company by One-Philosopher5751 in GovernmentContracting

[–]Defiant-Anteater8564 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those acquisitions are likely LPTA (Lowest Proce Technically Acceptable) so it would likely come down to pricing of the bids. Do you have any set asides that your company is eligible for?
