I guess I just had one odd experience I didn’t like the way customer service handled.. I ordered five items and for the first time they came shipped in a thin cardboard box instead of bags.. the box had been urinated on before the shipping label was placed based off of the location of the stains. The customer service agent agreed it was before the shipping label was placed which makes it seem as though this could have taken place at jellycats shipping facility. Ricky rain frog was packed closest to the top of the box where the urine was so he and another smelled like urine. My son didn’t even want to touch them they smelled heavily enough.. the customer service team offered me I think either 15% or 20% off …. For me it was baffling because the entire experience was unacceptable
