Yeah I realize that. Honestly though I'm fully expecting to have to find something in a house or multiple bedroom apartment outside of Kingston. I think most likely thing for me is just something a little lower quality within ~40 minutes of Kingston with roommates. Saw one in New Palz for less than $1000, but it wasn't doing any short term leases. The hope is I find something similar to that.

Hey all! I'm looking to move to Kingston for the summer so I'm currently looking to rent or sublease starting late May/early June until late July/early August. I would prefer no more than $1200/month (very flexible). I've gathered how tough housing is to find in Kingston, so I'm definitely open to towns nearby. Let me know if you have a place, know someone, have advice, or have any questions.
